WILLS & PROBATE:
We offer a full Will writing and advice service. Most standard Wills are charged at the rate of £100.00 per Will plus VAT or £150.00 plus VAT for two mutual Wills. We can provide an estimate for any unusual or complicated Will requirements at the outset. We also offer advice on the Inheritance tax and other tax implications of your Will and other financial affairs and wherever possible will provide advice on tax saving possibilities including the setting up of trusts and indemnity insurance etc.
MATRIMONIAL MATTERS:
We can advise on the legal implications of marriage breakdown, including decisions which have to made in particular relating to finances and children. We can prepare Divorce Petitions and other ancillary applications where necessary and advise on all aspects of your divorce. We will negotiate terms with the other side whether acting for the Petitioner or the Respondent and it is our fundamental endeavour to achieve both a fair and equitable result for you with the minimum of delay and animosity. It is our belief that we should try, if at all possible, to encourage the parties to agree to accept reasonable and realistic terms, particularly for the sake of any children rather than set the parties up against each other by making unjustified or unwarranted demands. We can give you an estimate for the cost of any work involved on receipt of your instructions.
OTHER TRADITIONAL SERVICES:
We offer a wide range of traditional legal services including the preparation of various Deeds and Documents, the conducting of legal disputes (particularly in relation to property matters) and including litigation where necessary in the County Court; we also conduct personal injury and other litigation and would recommend you contact us with your requirements. We can usually provide you with an estimate of any costs involved including the cost of taking Court proceedings.
